Tolerance and respect

The British value of respect and tolerance is around:

• Understanding that we all don't share the same beliefs and values. 
• Respecting the values, ideas and beliefs of others whilst not imposing our own others.           

However, at Pinders we widen this British value to incorporate the respect and tolerance of everyone this takes in to account all difference eg. culture, religion, gender, disability etc.
